This functional compact-LWA squeezes in all our knowledge about airwall into its tiny measurements. Though being much smaller then usual air curtains it causes much more effect as it works with double speed impulse. The LWA airwall system itself has no need of a heater for its function as it simply cuts through the air and separates the areas without big energy usage. High-tech LWA Cool-Stop with less energy consumption and still resulting higher degree of efficiency is working out its costs quite quickly, supported by the savings of electricity due to EC technique.

This compact-LWA airwall system contains in addition to LWA Cool-Stop a heater in order to serve a special market segment. As –again- the heater is not necessary for the function of our LWA airwall systems, the heater it is to make customers -walking through the air beam- feel more comfortable, as well as persons working close to the airwall system. Here we push the edge with our original LWA airwall system with its low volume-stream but high speed blow out.
High Speed LWA means two for one- as its summer/winter function means in winter to seal down from cold outside air, running with heater, while in summer it keeps the heat outside, just circulating the air without heater.
Perfectly it fits connected with a heat pump with function “heating” in a clima-split plant.

Our compact LWA for reefers helps to keep the cold chain processing while loading the vehicle. The airwall prevents cold air from falling out of the vessel. Forget about unhygienic plastic curtains that by the way do not last long and that constrain the loading process and slow it down.
24 V internal power supply voltage and a calibrated factory setting balance the vehicles refrigerating plant.
This tiny compact-LWA is adapted to the special conditions on boats, being lightweighted and sea water resistant.
This special developed plant is planned as a detached compact-LWA with integrated EC ventilator, heater and sound insulation for example for sluices, in glass entrance halls, in case of extreme high ceilings or if there is just no space available for big individual plants.
